Peter has extensive experience in Equipment Finance Broking - he joined the industry in 1983 after spending 15 years in mainstream Banking and Finance roles and has arranged finance for just about any type of equipment imaginable from Rolls Royce motor cars to Crayfish Fishing Boats to Cattle Monitoring Collars and anything in between.
Peter has been an owner and founder of two of Australia’s largest Finance Brokerage companies and has a thorough understanding of many types of business as well as hands on experience in building and developing his own business entities. He is proud to have been part of many small business success stories and counts some of Queensland’s most successful private companies as his clients.
An inspirational Woman in Business, Thelma brings over 40 years of Finance and Banking experience to the team.
Having worked in the Banking sector including regional & rural Queensland, Thelma transferred to a role with Esanda Finance in 1992. Her interest & performance in this specialised finance market gave her the skills to transition to a Finance Broker in 2000.
One of her key strengths is the relationship held with Senior Credit Analysts, such an important part of the process in helping customers achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
Thelma has enjoyed long term client relationships spanning in excess of 2 decades.
During this time, in addition to the standard Finance facility options, some of the tailored Equipment Finance Thelma has arranged includes: Import Facility with Foreign Currency Exchange Options and Progress Draw Loans.
Thelma is highly regarded and respected by her Clients, Financiers and Suppliers in the acquisition chain. One of her industry specialities is in the Transport & Earthmoving segment having previously been invited as a Board Member with Women in Transport.
With over 35 years in the finance industry, Garry is a specialist in all forms of Equipment Finance - whether it be motor vehicle, transport, earthmoving, agricultural or industrial requirements.
Garry has also worked in a variety of locations throughout Queensland including Mt Isa, Townsville, Toowoomba and Brisbane.
After many years working for several finance companies, Garry started as a finance broker in January 2000 and has been an independent broker ever since.
Being self-employed for many years gives Garry the ability to understand the needs of self-employed clients.
As well as equipment finance Garry is an experienced Commercial and Business loan writer for loans of all sizes.
Mark has a wide variety of commercial business skills having worked in the Finance industry for twenty years.
Roles within the banking and finance company environments have given him the knowledge and understanding of their operational standards and requirements.
Specialising in asset finance his friendly personal and professional approach will quickly become evident as his strong work ethic strives to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
In addition to this, Mark has also worked in a small family business and understands the demands and requirements business owners need to meet everyday. A truly unique perspective when empathy and understanding of business operations is required.
In his spare time Mark enjoys nothing more than the “Great Outdoors” to get away from the everyday.
Sean is passionate about the finance broking industry because he feels that one of the most effective ways to make a positive impact on people's lives is to help them grow their business.
Sean has over 10 years experience as a finance broker and is also a qualified financial planner. In addition to this, Sean has been predominantly self-employed since the age of 19. His understanding of building and running a business, coupled with his knowledge of sound financial strategy, is an invaluable combination when building relationships with business clients.
Sean also has a passion for machinery, vehicles and technology, and this passion transfers to his enthusiasm when working with clients to secure funding for these purchases.
